Immigration cases can take several months before a final decision is made by USCIS. We keep in touch with our clients on a regular basis and keep them informed about the course of their case. Throughout this process, we walk side by side our clients.
Our team handles all types of immigration cases such as various types of deportation and airport detention cases. In addition, we represent people applying for green cards and citizenship. We also handle DACA, green card renewal, work visas, investment visas, fiancé and marriage visas, TPS, waivers and all other immigration matters.
About Mana
Mana Yegani is a highly skilled and compassionate immigration lawyer in Houston who speaks four different languages and offers personalized counsel. She has won hundreds of cases and is known and respected for her aggressive advocacy and attention to detail.
She obtained her undergraduate degree in biological sciences from North Carolina State University. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a 3.9 GPA. After finishing her undergraduate studies, her plan was to become a patent lawyer. Once she was in law school, however, she realized that she had a passion for immigration law and participated in the school's immigration law clinic. There, she participated in many pro bono cases.
To Mana, it was fascinating how immigration law impacted people’s lives. She discovered that when she represented a client and they become a U.S. citizen, it’s such an amazing feeling. She was able to help make dreams come true. It’s an exceptionally rewarding feeling and she wouldn’t change it for anything. Mana truly loves the work she does and has a passion for helping others.
Mana handles a lot of cases where individuals get detained at the airport for various reasons. She has represented more than two dozen people who were detained at the airport, many of whom she has won their cases and reunited them with their families. While those are some of the toughest cases, she and our entire legal team work hard to get favorable results for our clients.
